Most designs are similar, with little variation from items currently displayed on our website. Inevitably there may be minor alterations in design, for example, the pattern in a floral may be of different size . We endeavour to ensure you that our products are in excellence without any compromise from the initial items you order, which means overall look of the items or the outfits are maintained
In adverse circumstance, some products may be discontinued hence, when your specific order may not be available, In that instant we may need to substitute your order. Likely hood of happening of this nature is very rare. sometime it may become necessary when dealing with merchandise to ensure that your order is delivered on time. If there is a need for a substitute item, We will info you for the change in such deliveries and await to get a respond if you agree to receive a substitute item before dispatching.
Most importantly the reason for these substitutes are that these items are moving so fast that designs of a kind hardly remains on sale after couple of days when new design arrive. Onlinesarees stock vast merchandise hence to make it available 100% for all designs and various pattern for a particular product is mere impossible. When newer versions are released, they consistently similar to the pervious design but with a unique . Its impossible to "Look 'n' Feel" for an item since we deal via web only hence this policy.
A) No substitution in the type of fabric or the quality.
B) No substitution in the overall design and pattern for colors. (for Saree only)
C) For customised orders such as Salwar Kameez, or any other order that requires stitching, we do not offer any refund as these are made per customers size hence no substitution policy is applicable. There may well be some variations to the design/works due to the complexity of artwork.
Substitution policy comes in effect only in case of minor changes in Design and pattern. When such a situation arises then substitution is only the means to satisfy your order, Onlinesarees ensures that the substituted item is of a higher price category. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!
Onlinesarees Return/refund Policy
we are unable to precede the return of items you simply just do not like what you purchased or if there are some variations on the works due to complexity of each design.We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in good condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases when your ordered item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made by you within two days from the receipt of the package. Such request should be made by getting in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email and giving the reference of your order number, product details and the price.
On receipt of your parcel, we shall immediately courier a replacement of the same products at our costs provided when we have the replacement ready within 30 days to you. The product will be accepted for return or replacement only after the products are delivered to our address. It will be the responsibility of the customer to Pay for postage/handling should any items needs alterations and needs to sent back to the manufacture. Also it is the responsibility of the customer to clear the product from customs in case they are held during return for whatever reasons.
As far as our outfits, which are altered as per your specifications/alterations, you should appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually altered as per your body shape and size and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements you provided us thus cannot be returned. Also, as far as our outfits, which are not altered, you should kindly bear in mind that relatively, fashion is an evolution.
Due to the dynamism of this evolution, we shall not be able to accept back your ordered dresses/sarees for a refund should you not like the works/embroidery. Therefore, kindly be informed that Onlinesarees will not be able to refund any online sales or exchange any of your ordered dresses except in cases if your ordered dresses are damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you.
