Onlinesarees Return/refund Policy

we are unable to precede the return of items you simply just do not like what you purchased or if there are some variations on the works due to complexity of each design.We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in good condition. However, if  there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases when your ordered item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made by you within two days from the receipt of the package. Such request should be made by getting in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email at sales@onlinesarees.com.au and giving the reference of your order number, product details and the price. On receipt of your parcel, we shall immediately courier a replacement of the same products at our costs provided when we have the replacement ready within 30 days to you.
